The Mobile section in the Document Properties section of the Properties dialog box lets you specify display options for a document in MicroStrategy Mobile, such as whether tabs are used to select a layout in a multi-layout document. The options are described below:
BlackBerry
Data View: Determines the layout in which reports and documents are displayed on the BlackBerry.
Tabular Interactive: This option allows the widest number of report and document manipulations on the mobile device, but does not allow certain report formatting during the design process.
Original Layout: This option provides
flexibility when designing reports and documents, but disables some of
the Mobile user's functionality. The Original Layout allows you to sort
on a grid, move objects to and from the page-by axis, rearrange rows on
a grid, and rearrange columns on a grid.
For more information on the Tabular Interactive and Original
Layouts, see the MicroStrategy
Mobile Design and Administration Guide.
iPhone
Layout bar style: Determine the style of the layout bar that is displayed when the document is viewed on an iPhone with MicroStrategy Mobile.
Tabs: Displays the layout bar as a row of selectable tabs.
Swipe: Displays the layout bar in the location set in the Layout bar position drop-down list. Users can swipe between pages or select an option in the layout bar to display a document layout on the iPhone.
Layout bar position: Determine where the layout bar is displayed on the iPhone. This option is only available if the Layout bar style is set to Swipe.
Top: Displays the layout bar at the top of the iPhone.
Bottom: Displays the layout bar at the bottom of the iPhone.
Enable graph tooltips: Determine whether tooltips are displayed in documents on the iPhone. Tooltips provide additional information about a graph, such as the value of a specific data point. For an example image, see the Graphing chapter in the Advanced Reporting Guide.
